Our Spirits
Distilled from wine, this Vodka is spicy, peppery and lifted on the nose – elegant and refined. Sweet and viscous on the palate with a round grainy complexity. Long and evolving on the finish.
Favoring a natural approach, our distiller highlights the fruitfulness in creating our brandy. Made from South Dakota apples we age our brandy in used wine barrels for 2 years, producing a unique and woody sipping brandy.
The John Barleycorn judges gave it a Gold Medal and said this about our Clay Turner Rye Whiskey: “A nice charactered length of finish; this Rye is loaded with brown sugar and fig spiked with cinnamon and oak.”
Crafted in one of few distilleries in South Dakota, this Rye is a dedication to the art of aged rye whiskies, Clay Turner 5 Year 108 Proof Rye is a blend of non- chill filtered rye. It is barrel-proof, meaning that it’s uncut, bottled directly from the barrels at the proof it is reached in those barrels.
Stone Faces Distillery has been distilling sugar cane molasses to make rum since 2014. Clay Turner Rum won a Gold Medal by handcrafting its rum, mellowed to perfection in small oak casks, and then blended into one tank for bottling. It has a rich aroma and a distinctive flavor profile of perfectly balanced, medium bodied rum. Clay Turner Rum’s soft nuances of vanilla and caramel on the palate will please Rum Connoisseurs everywhere.
The judges at John Barleycorn Awards made the following comments when they awarded the four-year aged Clay Turner Straight Bourbon Whiskey the Gold Medal: “A gorgeously aged nose betrays the silky barrel influence to come on this full flavored, textural delight. It is a delicious, bold, restrained Bourbon worthy of superlatives.”
