Chilled 100 Spirits Awards Judge Austin Foster on Spirits Awards – Chilled Magazine

There will be eleven tables set up for sampling the 50 Bourbon whiskeys, Craft Beers, and other Distilled Spirits. Check-in for the event is at 6:30 pm. When you arrive, you will be given your RESERVED TICKET at the door, which entitles you to unlimited tastings. You will be given a wristband and a whiskey-tasting glass (yours to keep).

Present your ticket to the bartender, and you will receive a “South Dakota Gold Rush” cocktail created by Austin Foster using Clay Turner Small Batch South Dakota Bourbon Whiskey. A QR code will be at the bar that will give you the recipe for the SD Gold Rush.

Sampling begins at 7:00 pm and continues until 9:30 pm.

The Rockabilly music by Steve of the “Big Red Rawkit Riot” from Sioux Falls begins at 7:00 pm and continues until 9:00 pm.

Mike “Big Chief” Hiatt will be doing his “Travel the Whiskey Trail” Podcast during the evening. The Barbecue Buffet will begin at 7:30 pm and continue until 9:00 pm.

Guests can buy either a ticket for sampling, which includes all of the above, for $75.00 (they will be given a wristband, and their ticket will entitle them to the special cocktail at the bar) or a ticket for just the Barbecue Buffet for $28.00 (no drinks included).
