South Dakota Gold Rush Cocktail


  • 2 oz. Clay Turner Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz. South Dakota honey made into a syrup
    • Honey syrup: dissolve 1/2 cup honey into 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh lemon juice



Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a whiskey glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
